Roles and Responsibilities:

● Be part of Elchemy’s core business engine through a structured rotational program across Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sourcing, gaining end-to-end exposure to the global chemical supply chain

● Drive business development initiatives by supporting live deals, understanding customer requirements, and contributing to revenue generation across international markets

● Conduct in-depth market research, identify high-potential leads, and build strong lead pipelines to support global expansion efforts

● Work closely with sourcing teams to identify and onboard reliable suppliers, manage RFQs, and understand pricing and supply dynamics

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and product to execute high-impact projects and improve business processes

● Take ownership of key projects from day one, contributing directly to growth, efficiency, and customer experience
 

This role is designed to build future leaders at Elchemy, providing a fast-track learning curve and hands-on exposure to the critical functions driving a global B2B business.

    Skills and Qualifications:

● 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong internships/startup exposure are encouraged to apply)

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of ownership

● Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and learning agility

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
