We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee for
our Enterprise Sales team. This entry level role is designed for
students eager to start their career in fintech sales. The successful
candidate will gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, lead
generation, client engagement, and relationship management,
ultimately driving revenue growth by promoting our financial
solutions to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Target Segment medium & large corporates, educational
institutions, e-commerce, logistics, large format retail, eatery
chains, home delivery business, utility payments,
POS aggregators etc.
2. Hunt for new enterprise level merchants from ecommerce, dairy,
education, government, utilities, insurance and telecom verticals.
3. Creating sales pitch and customized solutions for customers to
transform their business workflows.
4. Lead the customer experience from first meeting to contract
signing and implementation.
5. Meet weekly meeting targets.
6. Owning the revenue target for the region and monitoring
performance of key customers.
