Management Trainee – Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Kuku is looking for a passionate Management Trainee – Full Stack Developer who loves building products and solving real-world problems with technology.

You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to build, improve, and scale features across our web platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career developers who want hands-on exposure to building products in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  Build and maintain user-facing features across frontend and backend.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop responsive web applications using React.js / JavaScript / TypeScript.

  
  


• 
  

  Build backend services and APIs using Python / Java / Node.js.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with REST APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.

  
  


• 
  

  Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

  
  


• 
  

  Debug issues and improve application performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ship features.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and adopt new technologies as the product evolves.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  6 months – 2 year of experience; strong freshers are welcome.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and OOP concepts.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on knowledge of at least one frontend framework, preferably React.js.

  
  


• 
  

  Programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Node.js.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, APIs, and web technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Internship, personal projects, hackathons, or GitHub projects demonstrating development skills are a plus.
