Key Responsibilities -
Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate tracking reports and recruitment dashboards.
Support campus hiring, internship programs, and walk -in drives when required.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
Support preparation of HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.).
Ensure compliance with documentation timelines.
Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and internal events.
Assist in organising orientation programs for new employees.
Coordinate communication between HR and employees for engagement activities.
Prepare periodic HR reports and trackers.
Support inter -departmental coordination for manpower requirements.
Assist in policy communication and implementation support.
Ensure proper filing and record maintenance as per audit requirements.
Support background verification tracking.
Assist in maintaining HR MIS reports.
Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement projects
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations as and when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management
0–1 year of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
Good coordination and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to learn in a fast -paced media environment.
