Role: Direct Marketing / Field Sales Executive

Job Description:
Since we believe in 100% organic growth, candidates are recruited as Management Trainees and groomed through on -the -job training across 3 levels. By the end of the training period, they manage and lead a team of 12–15 people.

Level 1 — Management Trainee (Month 1–2):
Field Sales / Customer Acquisition / Card Activation / Brand Representation
Level 2 — (Month 3): Promoter/ SR. Associate
Team Support / New Agent Training / Spot Management / Daily Reporting/Recruitment
Level 3 — Group Leader/ Team Leader (Month 4–6):
Team Management / Territory Operations / Leadership / Conflict Handling                        
Please note: This is not a training program. On -the -job training is part of the profile. We are not a consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

On -ground NCMC card activation at metro stations, govt offices, and campus areas
Meet daily activation target.
Set up and manage standee / canopy at assigned locations
Build local relationships — vendors, security, area contacts
Evening reporting — daily card count and ground feedback

Requirements

Preferred Background (not mandatory): FRESHERS CAN APPLY
SIM card activation | Canopy / kiosk operations | Telecom field executive | Ground operations lead | NGO / awareness campaigns | Field sales executive

Good communication skills in Hindi
Go -getter attitude
Learning mentality
Pleasing personality


Other Requirements:

Graduate / 12th pass
Currently located in Delhi NCR
0–1 year experience (freshers preferred)
Smartphone with internet access
Available for immediate joining
Age 18– 27



Education: UG — Any Graduate / 12th Pass
