We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in hospitality marketing to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across our hospitality and wellness verticals.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for hospitality projects (resorts, spas, wellness centers).
Plan and manage online & offline campaigns including digital marketing, social media, print, and events.
Drive lead generation campaigns for resort bookings, memberships, and experiential offerings.
Manage brand positioning and communication aligned with luxury and wellness segments.
Collaborate with sales teams to support conversions through targeted campaigns.
Oversee agency management (creative, digital, PR).
Plan and execute events, launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, conversions, traffic).
Handle content strategy including website, social media, and marketing collaterals.
Manage budget planning and allocation for marketing activities.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in marketing within hospitality/hotels/resorts/wellness industry.
Strong exposure to digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
Experience in handling luxury or premium segment marketing is highly preferred.
Good understanding of customer journey in hospitality (booking to experience).
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
Experience in influencer marketing & partnerships.
Strong vendor and agency management skills.
Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.
