Job Description - Manager



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Identify and prospect large corporates and staffing firms with significant blue/grey collar hiring needs

  • Own the complete sales cycle: outreach → discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure

  • Deliver compelling solution pitches tailored to each client's hiring challenges

  • Onboard new clients smoothly in coordination with product and operations teams

  • Sell and renew subscription packages; upsell and cross-sell based on account potential

  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders — HR leadership, procurement, and business heads

  • Develop account plans for top accounts: map opportunities, flag risks, and drive revenue growth

  • Monitor account health, usage, and hiring activity to proactively service clients

  • Maximize revenue share from large accounts by becoming their primary hiring partner

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience; enterprise or key account management strongly preferred

  • Prior experience in HR-tech, job portals, SaaS, or staffing industry is a strong plus

  • Strong executive presence — ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Self-driven with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory (NCR / Mumbai)
