Job Description - Manager

Oversee the day -to -day operations of the Rehabilitation Home and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and coordinate the work of caregivers, social workers, therapists, nurses, and support staff.
Ensure the safety, welfare, dignity, and well -being of all residents.
Monitor the implementation of individualized rehabilitation and care plans.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, government regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the facility.
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, leave approvals, and performance monitoring.
Conduct regular staff meetings, provide guidance, and address operational issues.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident documentation.
Maintain accurate records, reports, inventories, and other administrative documents.
Monitor food quality, nutrition, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall facility management.
Handle grievances and resolve issues involving residents, staff, and caregivers.
Coordinate with hospitals, government departments, NGOs, donors, and external stakeholders whenever required.
Ensure timely submission of operational reports to the management.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and optimal utilization of organizational resources.
Organize awareness programs, recreational activities, and rehabilitation initiatives for residents.
Ensure confidentiality of resident information and organizational data.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure appropriate action is taken.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
