Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager to join our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, experience in managing client engagements, and the ability to lead teams while delivering high-quality advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting advisory and financial reporting engagements across diverse industries.
  

• Advise clients on complex accounting matters under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
  

• Support clients with accounting policy development, financial statement preparation and review, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
  

• Assist clients with transaction-related accounting, including business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and consolidation.
  

• Prepare and review technical accounting memorandums and accounting position papers.
  

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective stakeholder management.
  

• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
  

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting Advisory, Financial Reporting, or Assurance.
  

• Prior experience with a Big 4 or leading consulting firm is preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.
  

• Experience managing client engagements and leading small to mid-sized teams.
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
