Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in the Specifications department. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Manager will lead a team, providing product training and expertise in UPS specifications, and will be responsible for consultant coverage in the North Region.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in specifications and compliance.
Prepare and review product specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, especially in the North Region, to ensure effective coverage and support.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations, and incorporate them into the team's practices.
Conduct product trainings and workshops for the team, enhancing their knowledge and skills in UPS specifications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and a unified approach to specifications.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our expertise and network.

Qualifications

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Expertise in UPS specifications and a deep understanding of the electrical and digital systems industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on compliance.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for specifications and compliance management.
A proactive and innovative approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing industry dynamics.
A relevant bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications or additional qualifications in project management or leadership are preferred.
A strong work ethic, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
