Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure smooth functioning across assigned shifts.
  
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily operational activities.
  
• Maintain high standards of guest service and handle guest requirements professionally.
  
• Resolve operational and customer-service issues patiently and efficiently.
  
• Maintain basic records, reports, schedules, and operational information using computers.
