WE ARE HIRING: Manager – Accounts, Taxation & Compliance

 Location: Kolkata (Chittaranjan Avenue)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 / month

 Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory) | Minimum 2 years team handling

Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory) | M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: End-to-end accounting in Tally Prime, monthly/yearly closing, finalization of accounts, and financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  

• Taxation & Compliance: Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax returns and reconciliations.
  

• Audits & Notices: Coordinate statutory and tax audits, and manage income tax notices.
  

• Operations & Reporting: Oversee payroll processing, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and financial MIS reporting.
  

• Team & Multi-Entity Management: Supervise the accounts team and manage accounting/compliance across multiple group companies.
  

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime.
  

• Practical knowledge of GST & TDS returns, reconciliations, PF, ESI, and PT.
  

• Proven track record in Balance Sheet finalization and audit handling.
  

• Prior experience managing accounts for multiple entities and leading a team.
