Position: Manager (Admin & Recruitment)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and intelligent Senior Admin Manager with significant experience in HR and Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building maintenance, government liaisoning, and renovation work. This role demands excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation and management of administrative functions and HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company buildings and facilities.
- Manage renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
2. HR & Recruitment:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Implement employee retention strategies and handle employee relations issues as needed.
3. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor administrative and HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
4. Vendor Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and services while maintaining cost efficiency.
5. Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and HR functions.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on administrative and HR activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role, with at least 7-10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR and IT recruitment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
