Job Description - Manager Admin Support, Reference Data Management

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Support administration of platforms used within Finance operations for cashflow management, payments and reconciliation
  • Maintain static data, workflows, user groups, delegated authority, and approval matrices.
  • Oversee bank account structures, connectivity, and interface monitoring.
  • Oversee and manage system ingestion checks and feeds, track platform readiness for daily tasks and manage escalations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change requirements and develop implementation plans
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of changes applicable to the platforms
  • Support training, onboarding, readiness, and documentation updates (Admin Maps, WITs).
  • Develop and foster a change culture of continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise.
