Role Overview

We are looking for experienced MDM Managers to lead large-scale Customer Master Data Management and commercial data integration initiatives for global pharmaceutical clients. The role requires strong expertise in Customer MDM, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), integration architecture, ETL modernization, and pharma commercial data ecosystems.

The candidate will lead delivery teams responsible for designing, building, and governing customer master data solutions integrated with enterprise data platforms using modern cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Solution Leadership

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Customer MDM and commercial data integration programs.


• Drive solution design for customer mastering, identity resolution, survivorship, hierarchy management, and golden record creation.


• Define scalable integration architecture using IDMC, ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud data platforms.


• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and downstream integrations.

Technical Responsibilities

• Lead implementation using:




• Informatica IDMC


• Customer 360 / Customer MDM


• Python-based transformation frameworks


• ETL modernization pipelines


• Databricks / cloud data engineering ecosystem




• Design and review ETL workflows, orchestration, data quality rules, and metadata management.


• Ensure integration between MDM, CRM, sales, marketing, and downstream analytics systems.


• Guide performance optimization, error handling, and operationalization.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and IT leadership.


• Drive requirement workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forums.


• Manage offshore/onshore teams and coordinate cross-functional delivery.


• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, documentation quality, and audit compliance.

Pharma Domain Responsibilities

• Understand pharma commercial processes including:




• HCP/HCO mastering


• Sales alignment


• Territory management


• Commercial analytics


• Omnichannel integration




• Work with pharma datasets such as IQVIA, claims, affiliation, and CRM data.
