Job Description - Manager/ Assistant Manager- Institutional Sales

Experience – 8-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing plans that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility across all retail channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends, customer insights, and sales objectives to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the creation of compelling retail marketing collateral, including point-of-sale materials, signage, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze sales data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within retail channels.
  • Plan and execute retail events, promotions, and activations to engage customers and drive store traffic.
  • Experience in HORECA Sales.
  • Experience in CSD Canteen, Kendriye Bhandaar sales (Added advantage).
  • Experience in Corporate/Institutional sales in Household Industry is must.
  • Must be capable of independently handling his Division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and maximize co-marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of retail marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • years of experience in retail marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies within the retail industry.
  • Written and Verbal command on English Language is must.
  • Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and the retail landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and marketing analytics tools.
