Identify potential bottlenecks in the NPI process and develop mitigation plans.\n\n * Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-market, build execution performance, WIP/inventory level, cost and quality metrics.\n\n * Lead cross-function resolution of issues impacting launch timelines.\n\n * Serve as the central point of contact of NPI progress updates to senior leadership.\n\n * Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to track progress and resolve conflicts.\n\n * Ensure clear documentation of processes, decisions and lessons learned.\n\n * Analyze post-launch performance and refine NPI process for future projects.\n\n * Implement best practices in NPI planning and execution, including digital tools (ERP, PLM and Manufacturing Execution System)\n\n\n\n\nRequirements :\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field (MBA/MS preferred)!\n\n * Minimum 8 years in NPI, supply chain planning, or operations management in semi-conductor is a plus.\n\n * Proficiency in ERP/MRP system, project management tools and data analytics.\n\n * Soft Skills: Strong leadership. communication, and stakeholder management abilities.\n\n * APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma a plus\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSupply Chain Engineering Manager 1\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
