Job Description - Manager - AV Editorial

The Manager will oversee the entire Audio-Video Editorial Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with institutional goals, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, assign, and supervise AV projects, ensuring timely delivery.

- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand content needs.

- Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress.

- Maintain budgets for equipment, software, and production resources.

- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional policies.

- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing video content quality and reach.

- Provide training and skill development opportunities for team members.

- Report team activities and project outcomes to the institution's leadership.

Skills Required:

- Leadership and project management skills.

- Strong understanding of video production workflows and tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Production, Mass Communication, or related fields. MBA or management qualifications are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in video production, team management, or content creation, preferably in the education sector.
