Manager - Business Development 

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, B2B, and strategic client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and leading business development initiatives to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closures.
  

• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  

• Manage and mentor junior business development executives to drive team performance.
  

• Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to refine go-to-market strategies.
  

• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development, preferably in software services, SaaS, or consulting.
  

• Strong track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  

• Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud, ERP, or enterprise platforms.
  

• Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and client proposals.
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
