We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, B2B, and strategic client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and leading business development initiatives to expand our market presence.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closures.
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design solutions aligned with client needs.
Manage and mentor junior business development executives to drive team performance.
Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to refine go-to-market strategies.
Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
10+ years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development, preferably in software services, SaaS, or consulting.
Strong track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud, ERP, or enterprise platforms.
Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and client proposals.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
