Manager Business Digital

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, create and share approved Business Requirement Document with expected tangible and intangible benefits with Digital Team.


• Act as a Single Point of Contact in Business for all IT & Digital Projects/ Program.


• Oversee integration of Digital and Analytics models into business processes.


• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards.


• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership.


• Monitor adoption, measure business value/ impact of delivered solutions, and share with leadership and Digital Team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of business processes, data platforms, & analytics tools (Power BI).


• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Product Ownership.


• Familiarity with data engineering, data governance, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering/ computer science/ data science/ data analytics, or related field.


• Certifications in Agile Product Ownership, or Data Analytics preferred.

Experience:

• 12–18 years of experience in data management, or business analytics or business process reengineering domain.


• Minimum 3–5 years in a Product Manager or similar role.
