Manager - Business Planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Analysis:




• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.


• Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.


• Generate business insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.




• Performance Management:




• Track business performance metrics, KPIs, and conduct variance analysis.


• Prepare and present business reviews, dashboards, and MIS reports to senior leadership.


• Identify areas for improvement and recommend action plans to optimize business performance.




• Cross-functional Coordination:




• Lead the coordination of strategic projects across various functions (e.g., marketing, sales, operations).


• Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure alignment with business goals.


• Act as a key liaison between different departments to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives.




• Governance and Reporting:




• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure effective compliance and risk management.


• Develop and implement reporting standards that provide clear, actionable insights for senior management.


• Regularly review and assess organizational processes to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.




• Business Development and Innovation:




• Identify and assess new business opportunities and growth initiatives.


• Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.


• Collaborate with innovation teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
