Job Description - Manager - Channel Engagement

  • Account Management
  • Network Mapping and Distribution Planning
  • Lead Customer Experience Optimization
  • Data Insights and Analytical Skills
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
  • Teamwork and Project Management with Brand CFT
  • Co-develop and align with Local Distribution SOPs
  • Channel Management
  • Performance Matrix

Essential Skills/Experience

  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Premium business school, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience; at least 3 years in leading distributors and sales territory
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Driven Joint Business Plans with Distributor/Accounts
  • Highly skilled in collaboration to develop alliances and partnerships
  • Ability to lead sophisticated situations
  • Willingness to travel within India
  • Project management certification/knowledge of tools
  • Proficient in MS-Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Understanding of India Pharma Market and distribution landscape
  • Ability to think creatively and drive innovation
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
