Manager - Content

As a Manager - Content you will:

• Develop and execute the annual content marketing plan encompassing all Lines of Business (LOB).
• Mentor and guide content writers within their respective roles and responsibilities across LOBs.
• Contribute to the overall marketing revenue pipeline through strategic content initiatives.
• Strategize and execute the content calendar in collaboration with the content marketing team.
• Coach content writers on best practices for effective marketing collateral creation.
• Copy edit marketing content, including websites, landing pages, blogs, ad copies, flyers, mailers, and presentations.
• Develop writing style guides for all marketing collateral to maintain consistency.
• Identify and strategize content creation across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the customer lifecycle.

Skills Required :

• 10+ years of experience in B2B IT Services content writing.
• Coordinative abilities to manage the content writers' team and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Good understanding of the B2B IT Services/Product landscape.
• Familiarity with secondary research techniques used in content development.
• Expert-level proficiency in English grammar, usage, and nuances.
• Practical experience in overseeing the entire content management lifecycle.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior content writers for skill enhancement.
