Manager - Corporate Sales (B2B)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong B2B/corporate sales experience with demonstrated ability to close large-ticket orders.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of seasonal and festive sales cycles.
• Ability to independently generate and build a corporate sales pipeline.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a growing Indian consumer brand operating in the home fragrance and lifestyle space. The company is building its B2B and corporate gifting business across corporate hampers, festive gifting, bulk orders and institutional requirements.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build the corporate sales pipeline from the ground up through self-generated leads.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation, closure, fulfilment and repeat business.
• Build demand around key festive periods such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year and employee-gifting cycles.
• Manage margins, discounting, credit terms and working capital considerations.
• Establish pipeline stages, proposal templates, CRM discipline and forecasting processes.
• Convert one-time festive orders into recurring corporate accounts.
• Build and develop the corporate sales function as the business grows.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Up to 5 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, premium lifestyle, food, gifting or related consumer categories would be preferred.
