Role Responsibilities:

·   Independently
conceptualizing & developing the outline the client deliverables, ability
to offer timely and efficient solutions   

·   Drafting and reviewing
the deliverables for sanity and completeness, accuracy

·   Expert knowledge and
practical experience in planning and preparation computation of income, tax
return,

·   Assisting Senior
Manager / Associate Director / Partner in various tax advisory projects wherein
research has to be conducted and detailed memos with opinions to be drafted

·   Independently
handling tax assessments, tax litigation and tax office matters, before tax
officer, CIT (Appeals), Tribunal;

·   Participate in
engaging and briefing with legal counsel on client tax litigation matters

·   Drafting of
submissions, appeals, etc., to be filed with the respective tax authorities

·   Well versed with the
Indian Income -tax provisions, DTAAs, Judicial precedents,

·   Ability to
independently analyze, research on technical issues and interpret provisions
under the Income Tax Act.

·   Effectively and
cordially handling team members which may comprise of DM/ Associates/ Trainees,
etc.

·   Manage deliverable
timelines alongside work quality and precision

Qualification:

·         Qualified chartered accountants with experience in Domestic
& International tax/ Digital tax/ Tax litigation/ DTAAs/ Tax office
representation

·         Work experience of minimum 5 - 7 years post
qualification.
