Description
The Manager - CSG will oversee the Corporate Group II department, shaping strategy and execution for commercial lines of business. This role partners with corporate brokers, ensures profitable underwriting, and aligns product offerings with market demands while maintaining compliance and risk standards within the general insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and build commercial lines in chennai market
Manage relationships with corporate brokers to grow business volume.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product development and pricing.
Monitor market trends and adjust offerings to stay competitive.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience handling commercial lines of business.
Proven track record working with corporate brokers.
Solid background in the general insurance industry.
Strong understanding of underwriting principles and risk management.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
