Manager CSR

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Fundraising & Business Development

• Develop and implement a robust CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
  
• Identify, research, and cultivate prospective corporate donors across sectors.
  
• Build and maintain a healthy CSR pipeline through networking, referrals, databases, and industry forums.
  
• Generate new funding opportunities from Companies Act CSR, corporate foundations, and employee giving programs.
  
• Lead end-to-end donor acquisition from prospecting to closure.
  

2. Proposal Development

• Prepare compelling concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations, and customized partnership pitches.
  
• Collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams to design impactful funding proposals.
  
• Ensure proposals align with donor priorities and CSR mandates.
  

3. Donor Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors.
  
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  
• Ensure excellent donor stewardship and engagement.
  
• Maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders.
  

4. Grant Management & Reporting

• Coordinate timely submission of utilization reports, impact reports, financial reports, and success stories.
  
• Monitor grant implementation with program teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with donor commitments and timelines.
  
• Maintain grant documentation and donor records.
  

5. Employee Engagement & Corporate Volunteering

• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Coordinate volunteering opportunities.
  
• Support payroll giving and workplace fundraising campaigns.
  
• Organize corporate events and awareness sessions.
  

6. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Programs, Finance, Communications, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Leadership teams.
  
• Coordinate donor visits and project monitoring.
  
• Facilitate documentation for due diligence and compliance.
  

7. Market Intelligence

• Track CSR trends, Companies Act updates, and funding priorities.
  
• Maintain knowledge of corporate CSR policies and annual reports.
  
• Benchmark against sector best practices.
  

8. Database & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate donor information in the CRM.
  
• Update pipeline status, donor interactions, and fundraising forecasts.
  
• Generate monthly fundraising reports and dashboards.
