Job Description:
Monthly reporting of the CSR Spend.
Receive Proposals from NGO's, do a due dilligence on the genuinesness of the proposal and bring the vetted proposal to CSR Committee for disbursement.
create an annual spend strategy for the CSR Disbursement and annual plan on CSR activities.
for NAPS, work with TA team to bring onboard the new recruits and support for the filing of monthly / Qtr / Annual reports.
Roles And Responsibilities:
The KRA shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the Company’s values, objectives, and long-term goals.
NGO Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain effective relationships with NGO partners.
Program Management / CSR Project Execution: Design, execute, and manage CSR initiatives, including community engagement, sustainability projects, and ethical business practices. Coordinate approved CSR projects with NGOs and relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with employees, communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to identify social and environmental priorities and build meaningful partnerships.
CSR Awareness & Employee Engagement: Drive CSR awareness campaigns, orientations, and periodic sessions to increase employee participation year-on-year.
Monitoring & Impact Measurement: Establish systems to measure CSR effectiveness and report the Company’s social impact. Track project progress, collect impact data, monitor fund utilization, conduct timely audits, and obtain progress reports from NGOs.
Budget & Fund Utilization Tracking: Monitor CSR budgets, disbursements, utilization certificates, and related financial documentation.
Compliance, Documentation, and Reporting: Ensure compliance with applicable CSR laws, regulations, and standards, and submit regular updates to management. Maintain CSR records, agreements, registrations, utilization certificates, and compliance documents.
Preparation of Reports: Prepare and submit CSR reports, dashboards, Board updates, website content, and success stories within the timelines and formats prescribed by the Company.
Collaboration: Work with departments such as Human Resources and Marketing, IT and other related teams to integrate CSR into the Company’s broader business strategy.
NAPS Programme: Assist in executing the NAPS Programme and update the concerned person on relevant amendments and statutory requirements.
Primary Skill:
Work with the CSR committee on the Annual CSR Spend.
Liaise with NGO's on the annual proposal, disbursement, track spend and submit reports to the CSR Committee on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with Resource Management group and External vendor on the NAPS Programme. Front end the discussions with Govt & Labour office.
Secondary Skill:
Work with the CSR committee on the Annual CSR Spend.

Qualifications:
Any Arts / Commerce / Engineering Degree will do.
Certification:
Certification in Public Policy, Economics, Rural Development, Human Development will be a added advantage
