Manager - Digital Operations| Ernakulam

1. The Manager - Digital Operations is responsible for overseeing reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, dispute management, and digital payment operations to ensure zero financial losses and minimal operational errors. 


2. The role ensures timely settlement processing, customer grievance redressal, compliance with regulatory requirements, implementation of operational changes, MIS and regulatory reporting, vendor governance, and continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements. 


3. The incumbent also manages merchant settlements, interchange claims, vendor performance, and adherence to RBI outsourcing guidelines.

1. Manage reconciliation, settlement, and chargeback processes to ensure accuracy and prevent financial losses.
2. Oversee dispute management and ensure timely processing of customer debits, credits, and grievance resolution.
3. Monitor operational controls, service standards, and turnaround times across digital operations processes.
4. Drive automation initiatives and improve reconciliation accuracy and operational efficiency.
5. Implement regulatory, business, and system-related changes within the operational environment.
6. Ensure timely and accurate MIS, claims reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
7. Manage relationships with payment networks, vendors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and contractual obligations.
8. Conduct regular vendor reviews and ensure compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and internal policies.
9. Oversee merchant payments, interchange claims, and settlement activities as per approved agreements and policies.
10. Review operational processes, agreements, and controls to strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management.

Experience: 6 - 10 years

Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
