Manager - DP Cell | Chennai - Ispahani Centre (1038)

• Verification of the Documents received from the Vigilance & other departments to initiate the Disciplinary Proceedings. 


• Preparation of Charge Sheet.


• Scheduling of the Enquiry proceeding in consultation with Disciplinary authority.


• Obtention of Enquiry Report from the Enquiry Officer within TAT. 


• Preparation of personal hearing minutes and obtaining signed copy of the minutes.


• Preparation of Speaking order / order proposing punishment.


• Preparation of Synopsis and deliberations with Disciplinary Authority to take informed decision.


• Preparation of Final order after getting the minutes of personal hearing on punishment. 


• Preparation and arrangement of required documents for Appeals/Review including notes/order/draft resolution. Verification and placing before the Disciplinary Authority.


• Keep up to date with the Process and flow of the Disciplinary Proceedings.


• Search and study on the system and procedure and prepare notes/inputs to the Head-DP Cell to support the improvements if any in the process.


• Conduct the enquiry proceedings as per instruction of Disciplinary Authority and preparation and submission of Enquiry Report in time. 


• Taking part of the Enquiry Proceedings as Presenting officer and submission of Written argument and assisting the Enquiry officer to complete the Enquiry proceedings on time.


• Thorough analysis of Inspection/vigilance angle investigation report.

• Analysis of the Investigation/Vigilance Angle reports


• Preparation of the Charge Sheet/Synopsis


• Act as Enquiry Officer/Presenting Officer as per requirement

Qualifications: Graduation/ Any Professional Qualification 

Experience: Minimum Three years' experience in Branch Banking/Credit/Vigilance/Legal Dept.
