We are looking for a strategic and hands-on technology leader to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of a modern enterprise applications landscape. This role will be responsible for driving scale, integration, automation, and AI enablement across core business platforms while ensuring measurable impact on productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.
The Manager – Enterprise Applications will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, Product, and Engineering leaders to modernize and continuously improve the internal digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and growth priorities.
Lead architecture, governance, and integrations across key enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, HRIS, customer support, marketing automation, and AI-enabled tools, ensuring seamless data flow and scalability.
Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions such as workflow automation, analytics, chatbots, and intelligent assistants to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions in collaboration with business, data, and engineering teams.
Own data governance, security, compliance, and access controls across enterprise systems.
Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure system performance, adoption, ROI, and business impact.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of application analysts, administrators, and integration specialists.
Lead change management and user enablement, ensuring strong adoption across global teams.
Stay ahead of enterprise technology, AI, and automation trends, evaluating low-code, AI, and data intelligence opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise business applications in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Proven leadership in Salesforce administration or architecture, with strong working knowledge of ERP, HRIS, customer support, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Zendesk, Pardot/HubSpot).
Demonstrated success implementing AI-enabled or ML-driven tools to enhance enterprise workflows and analytics.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across sales, marketing, customer success, HR, finance, and support.
Expertise in data architecture, integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL), and governance frameworks.
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams supporting enterprise systems and automation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
PMP, ITIL, Salesforce certifications preferred; familiarity with AI governance or MLOps frameworks is a plus.
