* Job Summary
The individual will be responsible for positioning JioStar's entertainment ads in the market, driving awareness and adoption of ad products, developing industry narratives through content and IPs, managing external communications including Social and PR, and creating compelling sales enablement materials. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Research & Measurement, Business, Solutions, and Central Marketing teams, while leveraging insights and data to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities
B2B Brand and Positioning
- Develop and manage branding, positioning, creative assets, and messaging for JioStar Entertainment Ads.
- Create and execute B2B promotion campaigns for JioStar's growing suite of ad products, including awareness- and intent-driving campaigns across content offerings on both linear TV and JioHotstar.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Thought Leadership Development
- Create insightful reports, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content to strengthen JioStar Entertainment’s position within the advertising industry.
- Build industry advocacy through testimonials, interviews (video and text), and collaborations with industry experts.
- Position JioStar as a thought leader by securing speaking opportunities for leadership at key industry events and conferences.
- Conceptualise, launch, and promote IPs that help build and shape key market narratives.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Lead PR initiatives for the ad sales business, ensuring alignment with central PR and corporate communications teams.
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to promote JioStar's advertising solutions, innovations, and business achievements.
- Leverage data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation, and improved marketing effectiveness.
- Drive the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing assets, including sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, product videos, website content, event marketing, PR, and communication initiatives.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute JioStar Entertainment Ads' social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Drive thought leadership, product marketing, and industry narratives through always-on and campaign-led social content.
- Manage leadership profiling and executive advocacy programs to strengthen brand visibility and industry influence.
- Track social media performance and audience engagement metrics to optimise content and channel effectiveness.
Events, Roadshows & Industry Engagement
- Conceptualise and drive participation across industry events, leadership forums, roadshows, and partner engagements.
- Create impactful communication and engagement programs to strengthen enterprise relationships and market presence

- Proven experience in brand management, thought leadership, public relations, and growth marketing within a B2B environment, along with a strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft compelling narratives aligned with business objectives.
- Expertise in campaign measurement and analytics, lead nurturing, and conversion funnel optimisation.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to inform marketing strategy and business decision-making.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead teams and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
* Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Qualification : MBA/PGDBM (Premier or Tier 1 management institute)
With at least 6 – 9 years of post-qualification experience
