Hoganas India is looking for someone to lead the Safety culture of Höganäs India ,based out of Ahmednagar. To lead and manage the organization’s safety, health and environmental ( program by preventing incidents, ensuring legal and standards compliance, and embedding a proactive safety culture. The role provides strategic direction, operational oversight and expert advice to leadership and sites, drives implementation of group standards and continuous improvement, and ensures workforce competence and readiness to deliver safe, sustainable operations
You should be someone with a Graduation with an advance diploma/qualification/certification in Industrial Safety from a reputed Institution. Someone with NEBOSH Diploma or national equivalent (advanced occupational safety) would be a strong advantage. Should have excellent communication skills, influencing skills, ability to work independently without much supervision. Though the position is based out of the Ahmednagar plant, the person would have to travel to Pune office for atleast 3-4 days a month. You should be having an experience of minimum of 8 years of experience.
