Job Description - Manager - EPP

 

Program Strategy & Planning:

  •  Design and
    plan program strategies for EPP and SMB e -commerce
    initiatives.

  • Build and manage
    category -specific growth plans to align with
    organizational goals.

     

Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Collaborate
    with sales teams for lead generation and customer
    acquisition.

  • Build and
    maintain partnerships with OEMs and distributors to ensure
    product availability and competitive pricing.

 

Category & Portal Management:

  •  Oversee category planning,catalog  management, and inventory
    optimization.

  •  Work with
    internal tech and e -commerce teams to develop and
    customize portals for enterprise and SMB customers.

 

Operations Management:

  • Monitor
    demand vs. supply and manage inventory to meet customer
    needs effectively

  • Ensure a
    seamless customer experience, including order management
    and customer service for portal users.

  • Manage alliances and
    negotiate commissions for growth -focused
    partnerships

.

Financial Ownership:

  • Own and
    manage the overall P&L of the program and individual
    customer accounts.

  • Track key
    performance indicators and report progress periodically.




Requirements

  • Proven
    expertise in Category Management and E -commerce Operations.

  • Strong
    background in Business Development and Sales Operations.

  • Experience
    in P&L Management with a track record of delivering business
    growth.

  • Skilled in
    Partnership Development and managing alliances with OEMs
    and distributors.

  • Analytical
    mindset with a focus on decision -making through data -
    driven insights.

  • Hands -on
    experience in B2B Sales, particularly in enterprise and
    SMB segments.

  • Ability to
    manage cross -functional teams, including tech and e -commerce stakeholders.
