Manager Exhibition Operations & Logistics

Job Description

·         Assist the Operations Director and
managers with administrative tasks and ad -hoc duties.

·         Coordination of operations and
planning of events, Director/manager.

·         Following the Compliance of
Operations defined by the organisation.

·         Source vendors, negotiate
contracts, and nurture relationships with venues and contractors.

·         Co -Ordination with Event teams,
sales, marketing, and other departments to guarantee complete information flow.

·         Co -ordination and planning for
overall all exhibition services - from transport, housekeeping, catering to
security - ensuring flawless execution.

·         Co -ordination with the design team
for floor plan, graphics, and special structure.

·         Co -ordination with the venue for
overall show requirements and adherence to venue rules and restrictions.

·         Agency Tie -ups Planning,Co -ordination for Security, Housekeeping, Safety ,Permissions, Manpower, Insurance,Communication PA System, Intercom, Internet kiosks, Transport, Catering, Additional Facilities & Amenities/ Appointment of a reputed
Clearing & Forwarding Agent,Electricity Planning,Co -ordination for Power
requirement & Generators

·         Be actively involved in the
build -up, open days, and breakdown of exhibitions.

·         Post -show analysis: Analyse past
events and implement insights for continuous improvement.
