· Fraud Prevention, Detection & Investigation
of Internal / External & Whistle Blower Cases
· Conduct in -depth independent investigations into
suspected fraudulent activities across different LOB’s and distribution
channels.
· Hands -on experience with field investigation
tools and techniques with regard to insurance frauds.
· Collect, verify and analyze evidence &
prepare investigation reports with actionable insights and recommendations
· Transform complex data into actionable insights and
leverage data analytics tools to identify high risk areas
· Ensure compliance with IRDAI’s Fraud Monitoring
Framework (2025) and other regulatory directives along with reporting.
· Understanding of organizational systems,
processes and products.
· To execute and deploy qualitative field
investigations
· To impart training to employees and vendors on
field risk management activities.
· Experience in dealing with LEA, vendor
management and stakeholder management.
· To maintain and publish regular MIS on various
activities like investigation TAT, risk trends etc.
· Any bachelor degree preferably in Law, Forensics
etc.
· Travelling requirement more than 50%.
· Minimum 05 years of experience in field
investigations.
