Manager - Finance Analytics & Digital Transformation

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Finance & Accounting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and MIS reporting.


• Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to management.


• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
  
  

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik sense


• Create automated MIS and KPI reports for senior management.


• Integrate data from ERP systems and various business applications to provide comprehensive analytics.


• Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users.
  
  

Digital Transformation & AI

• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.


• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Finance and Accounting functions.


• Drive implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  
  

System & Process Improvement

• Work closely with Finance and IT teams to gather business requirements and develop reporting solutions.


• Improve existing reporting frameworks and data governance practices.


• Support ERP reporting enhancements and finance automation projects.

Qualifications

CA / MBA Finance with relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Power BI (Dashboard Development & Data Visualization)


• Advanced Microsoft Excel


• ERP Systems (SAP preferred)


• Data Analytics and Business Reporting


• Advanced Accounting and Financial Reporting Knowledge
