As a Manager (Finance Operations & Compliance), you are the guardian of our financial excellence and a key architect behind the future we are building for children.

The Impact You Will Create
Your role is a blend of technical mastery and strategic collaboration. You will:
Drive Financial Stewardship: Maintain immaculate financial records and reporting systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead with Precision: Master end-to-end reconciliations for balance sheets, revenue streams, expenses, and cash flow.
Be a Strategic Partner: Partner with Programs Operations and Program Management Teams to improve accounting processes and workflow integration.
Champion Compliance: Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for the timely filing of statutory returns.
Manage Audits: Lead annual and periodic audits with calm authority and absolute preparedness.
Innovate Systems: Research and implement accounting best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Nurture Talent: Support and mentor interns and junior staff to foster a culture of learning and excellence.

The Essentials
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably with exposure to non-profit financial systems.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
Professional Standing: You have pursued the Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) qualification and gained substantial academic exposure, even if the qualification was not completed. Candidates with such a background are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally accounting software.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to explain complex concepts to non-finance teams.
