Manager Financial Reporting

Experience: 5+ years post-CA
Qualification: CA – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure timely closure.


• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, schedules, and management reports.


• Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and applicable accounting standards.


• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external stakeholders.


• Manage statutory reporting, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.


• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet schedules.


• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Identify accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with Finance leadership.


• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as required.


• Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act and financial reporting regulations.


• Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• CA qualification is mandatory.


• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting / Financial Accounting.


• Strong experience in Ind AS / IFRS and financial statement preparation.


• Experience handling month-end/year-end closing and statutory audits.


• Strong knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and financial controls.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Experience in a large corporate, listed company, Big 4, or financial services organization is preferred.
