The role enables effective commercial decision\u2011making, delivers financial insight at customer level, improves forecasting accuracy, and strengthens financial processes by closely partnering with finance business partners, sales teams, and commercial stakeholders.\n\n## What you will do\n\nCollaborate with finance business partners and sales leaders to deliver accurate month\u2011end results and reporting packs. \nProvide insightful commentary on budgets and forecasts, explaining drivers of performance at customer level. \nTranslate complex financial and commercial data into clear insights for business leads and guide sales teams on commitments required to meet targets. \nDeliver baseline forecasting and work closely with commercial, contract accounting, and sales teams to ensure robust assumptions. \nSupport annual sales targeting across revenue, new business, and renewals, advising on assumptions, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps. \nUnderstand cost\u2011of\u2011sales structures and contribute to efficiency and improvement initiatives through cross\u2011functional collaboration.\n\n## Who you are\n\nExperienced in working within complex, multi\u2011functional corporate environments. \nIntellectually curious, able to challenge established approaches and suggest new ways of working. \nSkilled at simplifying complex information for diverse stakeholders, including non\u2011financial audiences. \nProactive and experienced in driving change and delivering improvement projects. \nStrong in problem\u2011solving, financial modelling, analysis, and high\u2011attention to detail. \nProfessionally qualified (CA, CMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent) or possessing deep practical expertise in financial and commercial analysis. \nProficient in Excel and SAP, with strong communication skills across written and verbal formats.\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
