| Job Title : | Manager – (Managed Services – Fund Accounting) |
| Qualification : | Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred. Investment Management certifications such as CISI or FINRA are desirable. |
| Relevant Experience : | 8–10 years of experience in Financial Services, including a minimum of 5 years in Fund Accounting or Fund Financial Reporting Oversight in a supervisory/managerial role. |
| Must Have Skills : | 1. Private Equity Fund Accounting 2. NAV Oversight 3. Fund Financial Reporting 4. Risk & Control Management 5. US Regulatory Requirements 6.Stakeholder Management |
| Good Have Skills : | 1. Private Debt / Real Estate Funds 2. LP/GP Structures 3. Outsourced Operating Model 4. CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) Certification |
| Roles and Responsibilities : | • Oversee end-to-end NAV production, fund accounting, and financial reporting for private market funds. • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of NAV and financial reports in accordance with SLAs and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with client stakeholders and India-based teams in Bengaluru. • Monitor day-to-day fund accounting and financial reporting operations. • Identify NAV errors, assess risks, investigate control failures, and support remediation activities. • Strengthen risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks. • Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. • Manage complex internal and external stakeholder queries and support audit-related activities. |
