Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies that support our mission and long-term growth. The role involves managing and cultivating donor relationships,
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners and foundations
Develop tailored engagement plans to increase donor retention and lifetime value.
Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs.
Grant Management
Research and identify grant opportunities.
Prepare compelling grant proposals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and motivate fundraising staff and volunteers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and communications teams.
We are looking for people who:
Proven fundraising experience
Strong understanding of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
