Job Description - Manager, Global Back Office

Your responsibilities will include Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations. Strong business and HR operation acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Master's Degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred; Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 10 years of experience (Shared Service + HR Operations) Previous global or international experience Experience in managing broad based HR services with a large size company and or service provider preferred; exposure of working in Shared Service Model Experience in SAP Success Factors preferred Strong Stakeholder Management skills, in order to manage the expectations Knowledge of continuous improvement/lean principles to drive efficiencies and save cost
