## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nLead and drive Eaton\u2019s corporate communications function in India, delivering integrated internal and external communications that strengthen reputation, support business priorities, and enhance employee engagement. The role partners closely with India leadership, marketing, and global communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong execution, and alignment with Eaton\u2019s global strategy and brand standards. \n\n\u2022 Lead the development and execution of Eaton\u2019s corporate communications strategy for India, aligned with global communications frameworks and India business priorities. \n\u2022 Ensure a consistent \u201cOne Eaton\u201d voice across all internal and external communications platforms in India. \n\u2022 Partner with India leadership and business teams to support executive communications, leadership messaging, and key business priorities. \n\u2022 Lead executive communications for India leadership, including town halls, key announcements, and leadership narratives. \n\u2022 Partner closely with India leaders to ensure communications effectively support business priorities, growth initiatives, and organizational transformation. \n\u2022 Drive external communications and media engagement to strengthen Eaton\u2019s brand, reputation, and visibility across key media and industry platforms in India. \n\u2022 Identify and amplify opportunities to showcase Eaton\u2019s innovation, technology leadership, India Innovation Center, manufacturing capabilities, and customer impact stories. \n\u2022 Partner closely with the marketing teams, particularly on digital and social channels, to ensure aligned messaging, consistent brand voice, and effective amplification of key narratives. \n\u2022 Work closely with global and central communications teams to align messaging, processes, and campaigns, enabling consistency, scale, and impact. \n\u2022 Lead internal communications initiatives that drive employee engagement and support key organizational priorities across Eaton India. \n\u2022 Drive change communications for organizational initiatives, transformation programs, and major business changes. \n\u2022 Lead crisis and issues communications in India, ensuring readiness through proactive planning and coordination with global communications teams. \n\u2022 Enable media and crisis communications training for leaders and key spokespeople. \n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, industry associations, and strategic partners. \n\u2022 Partner closely with HR, Legal, EHS, and Facilities teams to ensure aligned messaging, strong governance, and effective communication support across business priorities. \n\u2022 Support communications for Eaton\u2019s sustainability, CSR, and social impact initiatives in India. \n\u2022 Establish measurement and analytics frameworks to evaluate communications effectiveness, media impact, and engagement. \n\u2022 Manage and ensure effective use of agencies and external partners. \n\u2022 Ensure adherence to Eaton\u2019s global communications standards, brand governance, and messaging frameworks. \n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.\n * 12\u201318 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications within multinational or large corporate organizations.\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Corporate communications strategy, internal communications, executive communications, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, thought leadership, digital communications.\n * Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, leadership presence, strong writing and storytelling ability, ability to work in a matrixed global organization.\n\n\n
