Job Summary:The Manager Human Resource (HR) Analytics will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics.
Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for Global HR reporting & Analytics in the organization.Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs Organizing, auditing, cleansing and maintaining HR data & metrics.Responsible for data management, analytical and HR systems support to various stakeholders.Preparing monthly, weekly reports for stakeholders on People metrics like Headcount, Attrition, Hires, Compliance & Performance Management.Design reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance such as diversity hiring, source mix, ageing & hiring funnelPublishing weekly and monthly recruitment dashboard for various stakeholdersReporting, Tracking & Monitoring team cost, Recruitment cost & other HR CostsAnnual hiring synopsis report for business unitsManaging data pool of talent & processing for recruitment.Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patternsPrepare reports of data results and dashboard for senior leadership presentation.Analysis and presentation on recruitment process, performance, initiatives & improvement areasEnsuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PPT.
Education and Experience:Minimum Bachelor's degree.At least 5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analytics.
