Job Role :

Looking for HR role in HR management including the responsibilities of Compliance and employee Life cycle management with an basic knowledge of Industrial relation.

Will look after the process management and design of Compliance and HR Operation.

Requirements

Experience: 5-15 years of experience managing the Compliance and Employee Lifecycle Management.

Qualification : MBA HR

Industry Exposure : We are looking from similar industry exposure i.e. Metal recovery and Slag Processing /Mining Contractor/Material handling or earthmoving.

Requirements
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the metals and mining industry. Experience with slag management or related industry experience is a plus. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and databases. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
