Job Description - Manager - HR Operations & Systems

RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019. 

We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team. 

Here is what you need to know about this role:

Job Title: Manager - HR Operations & Systems

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

 

HR Information Systems(HRIS) and integration

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility

Leveragetechnologysolutionstoautomateroutinetasksandgenerateinsights for informed decision-making

Program managing integration of different systems

 

HR Metrics and Analytics

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR operational effectiveness and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes

Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR processes

Familiarity with building effective dashboards on tools such as PowerBI

 

Policy Development and Compliance

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

Implement measures to maintain culture of fairness, equity, and inclusivity within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Power-Point). Knowledge of SQL is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.

Minimum of 3 years of HR Operations experience working with a workforce of 300+ or more employees.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR processes and systems that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
