Manager - Human Resource

Performance Management System (PMS):

• Coordinate the
  end -to -end PMS cycle (goal setting, mid -year review, annual appraisal).
  
• Ensure timely completion
  of appraisals and performance documentation.
  
• Support managers in goal
  alignment and performance discussions.
  
• Prepare PMS reports and
  analytics for management review.
  

2. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute
  employee engagement activities and events.
  
• Conduct employee
  feedback surveys and analyze results.
  
• Drive initiatives to
  improve employee morale, culture, and retention.
  
• Support internal
  communication and recognition programs.
  

3. Training & Development Coordination:

• Identify training needs
  in coordination with department heads.
  
• Organize internal and
  external training programs.
  
• Maintain training
  records and track effectiveness.
  
• Assist in induction and
  onboarding training schedules.
