Manager Human Resources

Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 10-20 LPA)

Min Experience: 12 years

Location: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage the entire Human Resources operations and team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu (for Hyderabad location) or have basic Japanese proficiency (for Ahmedabad location). Candidates from a manufacturing background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth functioning across all HR processes.
• Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Telugu (for Hyderabad) or basic Japanese (for Ahmedabad) is mandatory.
• Ability to join within one month.
