Purpose of Role

Managing overall IDT compliances including litigations for PAN India

Position Demands

CA with post qualification experience of 3-6 years in Indirect Taxation    

Hands on in SAP, have good hand over GST litigations and legal aspects. 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Monthly and yearly compliance i.e. filing of GST Returns ( GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6 and GSTR 9/9C ).


2. Monthly reconciliation like Input Tax Credit vis-à-vis with GSTR 2B , TDS under GST vis-à-vis GSTR 7, GL Reco.  


3. Filing various refunds under GST.


4. Preparation of replies to GST Notices and queries received from various GST Authorities.


5. Handling GST audits, litigations, assessments and proceedings initiated by GST department at various forms.


6. Attend hearings across PAN India and make representation before GST Authorities.


7. Lead IT automation wherever needed.


8. Analysis of amendments and/or updates in the GST law and their impact.
